Server Needed

Ichijiku Sushi in wonderful Highland Park is looking for one part-time server to join our team. We are located on 5629 1/2 N Figueroa St right in the thick of it. Our ideal candidate is a friendly, hospitality minded, knowledgeable in sushi along with sake, and hard-working. Experience is required for the position. Currently only two to three shifts available, with the option to pick up when needed.

Responsibilities

-Greeting guests

-Aiding guests in navigating the menu of drinks and sushi

-Taking food and drink orders, running food and drink, expediting food to the correct guests

-Making sure to go orders are packed correctly

-Providing an overall hospitable experience to all guests

Qualifications

-A minimum 1 year in serving, sushi knowledge preferred

-Ability to multitask while staying hospitable to our guests. All the world's a stage!

-Strong organizational, and communication skills

-Knowledge in sake, wine, and beer a big plus
