Pizzeria Delfina has been a cornerstone of San Francisco's dining scene for over 20 years. We're known for our Neapolitan-inspired pizzas, housemade pastas, and a commitment to ingredients sourced from the Bay's best farmers and purveyors. Our Pacific Heights location is a busy, welcoming neighborhood spot — and we're looking for a seasoned server to join the team.

What You'll Do

As a server at Pizzeria Delfina, you'll be the face of a dining experience that regulars love and newcomers remember. You'll work with a talented, tight-knit team in a high-energy environment where great food, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail are the standard. This is a place where your craft is respected and your growth is supported.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience as a server or captain in a casual fine dining or high-volume restaurant Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits — and a genuine curiosity to keep learning A team-first attitude with strong work ethic, poise under pressure, and sharp attention to detail Passion for food, wine, and sustainable sourcing practices Someone who takes hospitality seriously and wants to build a real career in the industry
