Server Position available with a true farm-to-table restaurant

Pomet is looking for experienced full-time Servers to join our team. We are a farmer-owned restaurant in the Piedmont neighborhood in Oakland. Pomet works with seasonal and local ingredients in a refined casual dining experience to represent California farmers and producers.

Ideal candidates are reliable, hard working, eager to learn with 2 years of fine dining restaurant experience, are available Friday-Sunday, and can fill in shifts accordingly.

Qualifications

Candidates are expected to be organized and work efficiently.

Contribute positively to the mission of Pomet while working professionally together in a small team

Candidates must have their current CA food handlers permit and RBS certification.

Compensation: Hourly plus tips (pool tip house)

Full-time employees (30 + hours) qualify for Kaiser health insurance, dental, oakland sick pay, and paid time off.

401K available as well
