Our Upper West Side location is a beloved neighborhood staple. The new East Village location is the next evolution of the brand — bigger energy, bigger opportunity, and a chance to grow with a restaurant group that’s expanding with intention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, polished service with confidence and urgency
- Guide guests through the menu, specials, and beverage options with accuracy
- Execute a structured service flow and maintain strong pacing across your section • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth
- Stay proactive: pre-bussing, table maintenance, anticipating guest needs
- Handle POS, checks, payments, and guest requests professionally and efficiently • Work as part of a tight FOH team focused on standards, speed, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2+ years serving experience in a quality restaurant (NYC preferred)
- Strong food and beverage fundamentals (or the ability to learn fast)
- Professional presence, clean communication, and attention to detail
- Calm and organized under pressure — you don’t spiral during a rush
- Team-first mindset: dependable, punctual, low ego
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
Big Plus If You Have
- Italian food/wine familiarity (or strong interest in learning it fast)
- Experience in high-volume service with high standards
- Ability to handle a busy section while staying polished
- Leadership potential — openings create fast growth opportunities
Compensation + Benefits
Expected weekly compensation: $1,500 – $2,200+ / week
(Based on schedule, volume, and experience — includes hourly + tips)
