Shift Lead – Bon Délire (Part-Time, Daytime)

Requirements

Proficiency with OpenTable and Toast POS.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a server.

Host experience strongly preferred.

Ability to create a guest-driven hospitality experience with attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

Open the restaurant and ensure all opening side-work is completed.

Lead pre-shift lineup meetings with staff.

Coordinate with the kitchen to update and present lunch specials.

Compensation

$30/hour plus tips, with opportunities for further advancement.
