Rise Woodfire is a large, high-energy wood-fired restaurant in the Rivermark area, and we’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals ready to step into a true floor leadership role.

This is a hands-on leadership position designed for top-tier servers who can both run a station and help lead a busy restaurant during service.

Our Shift Supervisors work closely with our Store Captains to help drive service, support the team, maintain standards, perform table touches, handle guest recovery, and keep the restaurant operating at a high level — all while continuing to work directly with guests on the floor.

On busy nights, the restaurant is supported by multiple experienced floor leaders working together to create strong hospitality, professionalism, and execution throughout the restaurant.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, thrives in high-volume environments, and wants strong income potential without leaving the floor.

## Responsibilities

• Help lead front-of-house operations during service

• Actively serve guests while helping oversee the floor

• Perform table touches and maintain guest satisfaction

• Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently

• Support and help guide team members during service

• Help maintain strong hospitality and service standards

• Work closely with Captains and Management to execute successful shifts

• Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and teamwork

## Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience

• Leadership or lead server experience preferred

• Strong hospitality instincts and floor presence

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and team mentality
