Spread Kitchen is a small but high-volume, celebrated fast casual kitchen committed to serving fresh, flavorful food in a welcoming environment. We take pride in our team culture and are looking for an experienced line cook to join us.

As a Line Cook at Spread Kitchen, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team — keeping service running smoothly and food quality consistently high. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Executing dishes on the grill and hot stations with speed and accuracy

Reading and executing tickets accurately, including modifications, with minimal errors

Preparing ingredients and maintaining prep throughout your shift

Following recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines

Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked

Communicating clearly and effectively with the kitchen team during service

Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed

What We're Looking For

2 years of line cook experience in a fast casual or similar kitchen environment

Hands-on experience on grill and/or sauté stations

Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy station independently

Strong communicator who can stay composed and clear during high-volume service

Comfortable working both as part of a team and holding your own when needed

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Some English required; bilingual is a plus

Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
