Strong Prep / Line Cook – 40–50 Hours – Immediate Opening

FLIPS of Glen Ellyn is hiring a strong Prep / Line Cook to fill a full-time position immediately.

This is a high-hour role (40–50 hours per week) and a key position in our kitchen.

We are looking for someone reliable, experienced, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prep and line support

Important part of daily kitchen operations

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience required

Must be able to handle prep independently

Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) REQUIRED

Able to work nights as needed

Reliable and shows up consistently

Responsibilities

Daily food prep (vegetables, proteins, etc.)

Fryer, grill, and general line support

Maintain a clean and organized station

Work with team during busy shifts

Pay

$17–$20/hr depending on experience

More for strong candidates

40–50 hours available immediately
