Flour & Branch is seeking a skilled, dependable, and hospitality-driven Supper Cook to join our growing kitchen team in San Francisco’s South Park neighborhood.

This position plays an important role in our expanding supper program and evening guest experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments, values teamwork and consistency, and takes pride in thoughtful preparation and presentation.

The Supper Cook will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to execute dinner and bar bite service while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Position Details

-Full-time position

-Start Date: June 3, 2026

-Paid training to begin the week prior

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday

2:00 PM–Close

Approximate closing times

Weekdays: 8:30/9:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:30/10:00 PM

Compensation: $20/hour + tips

Responsibilities

-Prepare, cook, and plate supper menu items and bar bites according to company recipes and standards

-Assist with prep and station setup for dinner service

-Execute dishes with consistency, urgency, and attention to presentation

-Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts while practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

-Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards

-Assist with inventory organization and kitchen prep as needed

-Support smooth kitchen communication and teamwork during service

-Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

-Has prior line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience

-Works efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency

-Understands kitchen organization, timing, and food safety standards

-Is dependable, proactive, and team-oriented

-Thrives in high-energy service environments

-Takes pride in hospitality, craftsmanship, and presentation

-Is excited to grow with a creative and evolving hospitality brand
