Sushi Chef and Prep Chef Positions Available now. Part time.

Minimum 1 year experience is required. Food handlers permit is required. Work would include but not limited to:

Cutting and/or preparing

Cucumbers

Acocados

Daikon radish

Green onions

Spicy tuna

Imitation crab/crab meat mix

Spicy mayo

Wasabi

Various sauces

Pickled vegetables

Yellowtail

Tuna

Salmon

Shrimp

Fish roe

Scallops

Octopus

Mackerel

Sashimi

Nigiri

Various Sushi rolls

Bento boxes

All in a timely and professional manner. Deep cleaning will also be expected.

Chef must be clean and organized at all times.
