Requirements / Requisitos

Strong sushi and Japanese cuisine experience

Experiencia sólida en sushi y cocina japonesa

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes de alto volumen

Cleanliness, organization, and consistency

Organización, limpieza y consistencia

Positive attitude and team player

Buena actitud y trabajo en equipo

Knowledge of fish handling and quality standards
