Sushi Helper Responsibilities

-Assist with ingredient prep and station setup

-Prepare basic rolls, sides, and garnishes

-Maintain cleanliness and organization

-Support sushi chefs during service

Qualifications

-Minimum 2 year of sushi experience (restaurant or sushi bar preferred)

-Knife skills and familiarity with fish handling

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Strong work ethic with attention to detail

-Ability to stand for long periods

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Passion for Japanese food or culinary arts is a plus

Dishwasher Responsibilities

-Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment

-Keep dish area clean, organized, and sanitary

-Assist with basic kitchen cleaning as needed

Requirements

-Must be reliable and show up on time

-Able to work on your feet for extended periods

-Able to follow instructions and work with a team

-Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

-Responsible attitude is mandatory

-Must understand basic English well enough to follow instructions and communicate during work

Compensations

$18-24/hr depending on position and experience, plus great tips and opportunities for growth.
