We are seeking skilled and passionate Thai Specialty Cooks to join our team and help us continue providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and oversee a team of cooks, ensuring smooth operations

and high standards of quality.

 Food Presentation: Create visually appealing and authentic Thai food displays,

incorporating traditional Thai aesthetic principles.

 Authentic Thai Cooking: Utilize advanced Thai culinary techniques to prepare and cook

traditional dishes, ensuring each dish reflects the authentic flavors and ingredients of Thai

cuisine.

 Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to design new recipes and

menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

 Quality Control: Regularly inspect both raw and cooked food products to ensure they

meet high-quality standards.

 Product Inspection: Check the quality and quantity of received products to ensure they

meet specifications and standards.

 Creative Plating: Determine and design how food should be presented, creating

decorative and attractive food displays.

 Staff Scheduling and Production Planning: Plan production schedules and determine

staffing requirements to ensure timely and efficient service.

 Sanitary Practices: Always adhere to industry standards and regulations regarding food

safety and cleanliness.

 Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with

hygiene and health standards.

 Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels and order necessary kitchen

supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

 Experience: Minimum of 24 months in a role that demonstrates experience in Thai

cooking (2 years of experience in Thai culinary arts).

 Skills: Expertise in authentic Thai cooking methods, ability to lead a kitchen team,

excellent food presentation skills, and a strong understanding of Thai cuisine and culture.
