Two years minimum NYC experience at a managerial/supervisory level -- verifiable references

Energetic, hard-working and friendly personality with emphasis on excellent customer service.

Strong knowledge of Health Dept. standards and inspection guidelines. Food handler's permit needed.

Attention to detail and cleanliness an absolute must

Must be trustworthy, mature, communicative, a team player.

Expectations

Excellent supervisory skills to ensure staff is adhering to policies and procedures

Assist in evaluating personnel to ensure the highest level of customer service at all venues.

Ability to motivate staff to exceed customer expectations and increase sales

Self-motivated and creative

Be punctual

Ability to interact with guests and build customer realationships
