Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Strong sense of warmth and hospitality.

-Sincere desire to provide guests with best possible service and experience.

-Interest and pride in learning about food, wine, and beer.

-Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

-Being a genuine team player - we are only successful if everyone works together.

-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.

-Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up to 5 miles per evening, including serving large parties, up stairs, on our second floor.

-Desire for longevity.

-Efficient and safe work practices.

-Work closely with the beverage director and management team to maintain a dynamic wine list, educate our team, and provide our guests with the best possible wine service & experience.
