We’re looking for an energetic, caring, and motivated individual to join our dental team—no experience required. If you’re eager to learn and interested in starting a career in dentistry, we’re happy to train you from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and wants to grow professionally. The position is both physically and mentally challenging, requiring focus, stamina, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced clinical setting. The right candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and willing to take initiative. While dental assisting school can cost up to $20,000, we provide onsite training and x-ray certification at no cost to you. We offer an on-site starting wage of $25/hour with a clear path for growth up to $40/hour, along with health insurance, IRA matching, a 4-day work week, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented workplace.
