Upscale Nightlife Door Host

Busy high-end nightclub seeking a qualified Door Host.

This is a guest-facing front door position. We are looking for someone with a professional appearance, strong presence, confidence, and excellent people skills. You will be one of the first people guests interact with when arriving at the venue.

Ideal candidates are polished, well-spoken, personable, calm under pressure, and capable of maintaining control of the door while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking IDs, managing entry flow, maintaining venue standards, assisting with crowd management, and helping ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience throughout the night.

Requirements

• Friday + Saturday night availability required

• Professional appearance and grooming

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident and socially aware

• Ability to de-escalate situations professionally

• Reliable and punctual

• Prior nightlife / hospitality / door experience preferred

This is not a traditional “stand in the corner” security position. We are looking for someone who understands hospitality, presentation, and guest interaction in an upscale nightlife environment.
