THE JOB: As a VIP Lounge Representative at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you'll epitomize the pinnacle of hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a heartfelt welcome and an unparalleled sense of appreciation from their initial contact. Your duties span from facilitating seamless hotel registrations to fulfilling bespoke concierge requests, all aimed at curating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests. By intuitively grasping each guest's individual narrative and requirements, you'll take ownership of their journey, crafting extraordinary moments and memories that resonate long after their departure!
