You will be working in heat, humidity, rain, and fast-paced conditions
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a clipboard manager position
This is a weekend-driven operation.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strong Restaurant Manager who can lead both Front of House and Back of House operations.
You’ll be responsible for
Running service (expo, flow, team positioning)
Leading and coaching FOH + BOH teams
Maintaining food quality and consistency across concepts
Managing inventory, prep, and ordering
Hiring, training, and developing team members
Upholding hospitality standards and guest experience
Supporting menu execution and development
Ideal Candidate should have
- Experience managing a full-service restaurant (not just quick service)
- Comfortable leading a team of 5+ employees during live service
- Strong understanding of both FOH service + BOH operations
- Experience with inventory, ordering, and prep systems
- Experience training and developing staff
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Reliable transportation
This is a weekend position (mandatory availability Sat + Sun)
