World Famous Jazz Club Seeking Experienced Servers

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, seat, and assist guests with menus.
• Answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell specials/drinks.
• Accurately take orders, noting allergies/preferences, and input into POS system.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve food/drinks promptly and check on guests throughout the meal.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and close checks.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain a clean dining area, serving stations, and overall ambiance.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic Knowledge of the Music Industry (Jazz Knowledge strong plus!)
• Birdland is a world renowned Jazz Club that also offers dinner/drink service.
