BARBACK / BUSSER / FOOD RUNNER – PUTNAM’S PUB (CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN) Putnam’s Pub is looking for hardworking, energetic support staff to join our front-of-house team. We are hiring for a hybrid support role that includes barbacking, bussing, food running, and helping maintain the overall flow of service during busy shifts. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position in a high-volume neighborhood pub and restaurant. We are looking for people who move with urgency, pay attention to detail, stay organized under pressure, and genuinely care about hospitality. Responsibilities Include Running food quickly and accurately from the kitchen Clearing and resetting tables efficiently Supporting bartenders with ice, glassware, stock, and cleanliness Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service Assisting with opening and closing side work Supporting the overall guest experience and flow of service What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable and punctual Comfortable working late nights and weekends Team-first mentality Experience is preferred, but the right attitude matters most Nights and weekend availability This role can be physically demanding and requires someone who can stay focused and moving throughout the shift.
