Professional Security

• Night Club BESO is currently seeking experienced, reliable, and professional Security Team Members to join our team.

We are looking to expand our security team and are encouraging both men and women to apply. We believe a strong security team benefits from having the right mix of presence, communication, awareness, and professionalism throughout the venue.

• This position is ideal for individuals who are alert, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment while helping maintain a safe and controlled experience for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and exit points
• Check IDs and control access to the venue
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the nightclub
• Assist with guest flow and crowd control
• Handle incidents calmly and professionally
• Work closely with management and staff to ensure safety standards are met
• Support a safe, respectful, and high-energy environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a nightclub, bar, event, or hospitality security role preferred

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to stay alert and proactive during shifts
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
