Bussers Needed

Bussers primary duties include

• Setting tables: Arranging utensils, plates, glasses, napkins, and condiments before guests arrive to ensure a polished presentation and smooth service flow.
• Clearing tables: Removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly after guests finish their meals, and wiping down tables to prepare for the next seating.
• Refilling beverages: Providing water, soda, coffee, or other drinks as needed throughout the meal.
• Assisting servers: Supporting waitstaff by delivering food, replenishing supplies, and coordinating table readiness to improve service efficiency.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning chairs, restocking service stations, and ensuring the dining area remains organized and sanitary.
• Resolving minor guest concerns: Addressing simple customer requests or escalating issues to a manager when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with servers and interact with guests.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or kitchenware for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail to maintain a pleasant dining experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant schedules is a MUST!
