Experienced Barista

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy barista with a positive attitude to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, full-service breakfast and lunch environment. O Position Details

• Part-time: 3–4 days per week (Including weekend shifts)
• Must have weekend availability.
• Options for full-time hours and advancement opportunities available.

Requirements

• Experienced barista, team oriented, serving a high volume high paced environment
• Fun, energetic, and eager team player with a committed, positive attitude
• Self-motivated: able to stay moving, find the next task, and take initiative without needing constant direction
• Willingness to learn our procedures and take direction from management
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and safely lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must uphold our cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
