Hookah Staff/Busser - Open Call: Karizma Lounge

• We’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our fast-paced nightlife team in Midtown East!

Requirements

• Must be able to work late nights & long hours
• Hookah experience OR cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to manage, refill, and maintain hookahs during service
• Must be comfortable with a physically active work environment, including frequent walking, stairs, and lifting/moving of heavy items as needed.
• Must be attentive and stay on top of hookah orders on the floor, including refills, coal changes, and checking in with tables
• Must work well and fast under pressure in a high-energy environment
• Must stay organized, clean, and efficient throughout shifts
• Team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic
• Speaking Arabic is a plus

At Karizma, this is an all hands-on deck environment. We work together as a team, and everyone helps where needed throughout the night including cleaning, maintaining the lounge, and supporting overall operations.
