Seasoned Fine Dining Servers & Bartenders Needed

Ambli DTC is looking for solid Dining room Servers & Bartenders that can execute dynamic Menus and take the Guest Experience to the next level. We need staff that can comprehend and appreciate our globally inspired Menu and sell the romance of our dining experience to Guests.

We are looking to hire immediately! This is a full-time position, 5 days Tues - Sat for 30-35 hours per week (Ambli DTC is closed on Sundays & Mondays). Qualified candidates will need to stage 2 days (paid at minimum wage) and go through a minimum of 2 weeks of paid training/development. Ambli does tip pool, we are located in Denver and the pay is extremely competitive.

• Wine Knowledge and Certification REQUIRED

• Appreciation of the Dining experience (ie. Eating out to see what other restaurants are doing and getting ideas for your own personal growth)

• Current resident of Colorado

• 4+ year’s Dining Server experience

• Solid base knowledge of wine, spirits, and food

• Ability to work as a cohesive team

• Only 1 Industry Job

• Ability to follow the Rules and Guidelines of the Restaurant

• Quick learner and ability to adapt as our dynamic menu is constantly changing
