THE JOB: The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager for The Corner Store at The Cosmopolitan will lead the brand's creative identity, sales strategies, and guest engagement initiatives as a key member of the opening team. This role develops and executes marketing programs, promotional campaigns, and communications that drive revenue and enhance the venue's brand presence. As the face of the restaurant, the Manager oversees the reservations, works closely with hosts, and serves as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. All duties are performed in accordance with MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.
